MyID Pod Connectors

Had to replace a pod that somehow came out of my connector The young lady helping me was so easy to talk with and sympathetic to my problem. She helped me order both a pod and a new keychain connector. Also, she shared how to register my new pod easily when it came in. It's definitely one of the nicest phone calls for business I've had in some time.

Does what it advertises.

I wear it all day every day. I only wish they had a dog tag sized one in bright red with the medical logo on it so it was very easy to see. I’ve tried a couple of other competitors but they are nowhere up to the professionalism that MyID is.

A brilliant idea in theory, but not the best in practice. I bought one and the connector ring would not keep on any necklace or bracelet I put it on. I went back to my Hive bracelet because I didn’t want to lose my pod or be without it during an emergency.
