Flow State Activation

This is so useful for me as a self employed person and artist. Sometimes the environment I am in is noisy and this just helps me to keep focus and I like how I experience it like the feeling of being in water - that feeling of little resistance which I love.

Every time I listen to it I got such a nice feeling and butterflies in my stomach, I don't know why.😊 Maybe because it takes me from where I am to where I want to be. And it helps a lot when I feel stuck and I don't know how to get out. I think I will use it more when I start to create something. Thank you, Bridget!♥️
