Misleading refund policy

I bought the game for children but the balls just rolled off and didn't stick. Only used it for one hour. When I tried to return it I was told I could not return it if it was used even though they advertise if you are not happy with it you can return it for no hassle refund. How do you know if you like it if you dont try it? They only offered me a 30 percent refund. Very disappointing because it didn't really work for young children as advertised.
