New customer here and ordered custom sweaters. I received them after a holiday weekend and I was so busy trying to catch back up and didn’t realize that I had two incorrect sweatshirts until I finally opened the box. They told me because I was outside of the 3 day period that all they could do is give me 20% off instead of just doing the right thing and fixing what they did incorrectly. After having to repay for both of them plus shipping again I basically got no discount. Very disappointing for being a first time customer.
