It arrived ok, VERY well packed.
Simple to assemble with fairly logical connections.
As an engineer and ex Technical Author of bakery and oil rig instructions yours aren’t great.
Loaded LightBurn but it won’t connect, sorting out via email at the moment.
Loaded your own software, that worked, and I did produce a good looking test piece BUT it tried to overrun the end stops (very noisily) so I stopped.
Not used it since as I am investigating why it didn’t stop. I found a couple of loose connecting screws. Others with different machines have similar problems so I assume it’s going to be a reasonably easy fix.

It works amazingly so far - I haven't used the rotary attachment/bed extension yet, but everything seems well built and easy to work with. The laser is powerful and seems well built, able to cut through everything thrown at it. Having the air pump/fire extinguisher combo is a piece of mind worth the added cost.
My biggest complaint is the bed size, while you can physically get the laser head to move the full measured area - there is about 1" lost at the front of the machine as the alignment cross is offset causes the head to hit the limit switches and stop the machine mid run. This effectively reduces the usable engraving area even though the bed is quite large.
The fume extractor does a good job of removing the smoke/debris, just be sure to vent it outside as it still smells. The camera has been a bit of a pain to get fully aligned but after some trial and error I was able to get a usable image out of it.
