Early days but I am sleeping a little better since starting. Will continue using as the product is definitely beneficial.

Great product

I was a bit skeptical at first, have tried other magnesium products and found no benefits. But these actually work, I take 2 pills before bed and I’m asleep in 20 minutes. Having long uninterrupted sleeps with them. Really happy with this product.

Well worth trying out

Started these and so far I definitely see improvement in my sleep pattern,heard about them on Instagram. No more twitchy legs at night either which is amazing.
