The tripod base does eactly what I whanted it to do in that it allows me to see the battery power level and when it needs to be charged. I was concerned it might be look bulky but it provides a very attractive base and better access to power switch.

I love it! I'm amazed how sturdy it sits on the tripod. I haven't taken it out for real world experience yet but I have moved my spinner down next to my comfy chat and filled 4 bobbins with singles ready to ply.

Extremely pleased!
This is my second order from Stephanie, and I couldn't be happier with the base - it's dramatically nicer than the custom base I ordered from my other EEW accessory printshop (the standard base design Maurice created, but I'd had a new base printed in silky peachy pink) - the old base was perfectly functional, but being able to see the charge level on my battery is a huge advantage... AND because it's a wider base, it SIGNIFICANTLY lowered vibration and noise when I spin cotton on really high speeds with my lace bobbin kit (which I also special ordered from Stephanie in a matching pink).
Stephanie ran into some challenges with the different type of filament I'd asked her to use, and she ended up going above and beyond out of pocket on her own time to get the print done perfectly. I was not expecting that at all. I wish she'd reached out to me sooner so I could've worked out a solution with her that didn't cause so much trouble for her (this base is truly excellent and she's probably not charging enough for it because she's newer to printing espinner accessories - she's obviously very skilled with designing 3D fiber craft toys (I mean tools, lol) and printing in several different ways/materials best suited for the type of structures she's making, but I feel very lucky to have landed on her Etsy shop a couple months ago while looking for add-ons for my EEW 6.1.
