I feel good about taking these supplements for all the reasons they state. I am big supplement taker & try to do my homework a bit before purchasing/taking. These I feel I can take with confidence that there is no "funky stuff" going on. Safe, do the trick, not overly priced, the customer service is responsive & attentive to your needs/request. It's based very close to me so I get my shipments in a day or 2, which is an added bonus. I definitely recommend. I will admit... I am a big Riley Gains fan & her backing did have a lot to do with me switching to WE HEART NUTRITION. (just-sayin)
