These guys should invest in better bottles, 99% sure this one has a leak. Not even a week and it's pretty much out. Fortunately, it leaked all over my food.

An outstanding mix of spice and sweet. Not too hot and the flavor is fantastic.

Got the Stonewall Jackson. Slight sweetness but mostly spicy. I had it on a hot dog and burger and both turned out great.
