ABS-MD -GF - Two Step Process Filament

What can I say? This stuff is incredible. Phaetus Dragon UHF .5 WC nozzle Sherpa Mini 8t motor 300c nozzle 100c bed I’ve printed from 30c-65c chamber and it’s printed incredibly, obviously better at 65c. I hit ~54mms^3 with zero fiddling. It prints FAST and easily. Results are awesome and it’s tough as nails. The surface finish is a bit rough but that’s inherent to the filler. I love it!

I’ve been obsessed with gf filaments lately because of the way they look and this stuff doesn’t disappoint in fact it maybe be the best I’ve used so far. I can’t speak to the mechanical properties as I can’t really test that. I will say it is much more blobby then other abs or Asa that I’ve tried especially with parts that require a lot of retracting but I probably just need to tune the filament profile. Word of warning though Do not use vision miners bed adhesive with this stuff my first layer bonded with my textures pei plate and I destroyed that side scraping it off luckily it’s double sided.
