It's just okay

Listen, it's not a thousand dollar rug. It's a $500+ plus rug and honestly, the other one I got from Rugs USA for $300+ is much better quality. This rug basically has no backing/foundation/lining and as others have noted, the shedding is out of control. Will the rug slowly disappear every time it's vacuumed? Three stars because the color is lovely and it helped elevate the room. Also noted by others: it did not arrive rolled but instead was sloppily folded and thrown into a box with no further wrapping! If this was priced in the $300s, I would say that's a fair amount to pay for this middling quality. Over $500 is too much for a rug of such low quality. I expect to replace it in the next 5 years. As the saying goes, by cheap, buy twice.
