Very Disappointed and I can’t speak with anyone!

Beautiful shoes, but it was defective. When it came I looked at it tried on the right foot it fit perfectly. I week later I went to wear it put it on my first step and the heel came off. I am unable to return it and I never wore it. This is so disappointing!!
