Sourdough Sidekick

If I had any complaint about the sidekick, it would be the sound, when it runs in the middle of the night, I can hear it clearly upstairs and down, it sounds like a coffee grinder.

Been using it for about 3 weeks and am loving it. My starter is ready when I am and it is very healthy and bubbly. It has helped minimize the amount of discard which is a plus for me. Sure, you can make sourdough without this but the convenience is totally worth it to me.

It's great. I used the automode that gave me starters that made my loaf so well. But the starter had issues with providing the acid flavor.
