Hello! I received the bag, but I am not satisfied with the quality. Previously, I ordered the same bag from you and my friend liked it very much, so we ordered it again from you. However, the bag that arrived is of completely different quality — it looks cheap, the color is light brown, and it has a terrible smell. The first bag had no smell, was a darker brown color, and was larger in size. We kindly ask you to either exchange it for a proper bag or provide a refund.
