The sizing is way too big. Ater examining the size charts and measuring my feet carefully, it looked like I needed to order a bigger size than I would normally. That ended up being the wrong decision, so now I need to exchange them for a smaller size. Please tell me how I should do this.

I have drop foot and read reviews about the type of shoes I should wear. I ordered 2pair and am so happy with them that I ordered 3 more pairs. I now have white, Beige and will receive grey, navy and black. I can now walk comfortably without tripping
