KALO LEAF

Disappointed with the product. I ordered the charcoal kalo pattern. While I love the pattern it cane with the incorrect button color of more of a pearl white than the brown that appears in the advertisement. I reached out to customed service and said hey im disappointed with this as it shows a brown button vs what I got. Customer service writes back hey send us some pics and will see if its eligible for a refund or exchange. I sent pics This was the exact response “Thanks for your response! Our records show that you ordered KALO LEAF / BUTTON FRONT / CHARCOAL / L. Please note that the same shirt is available in GOLDEN color, which leans towards brown.” Complete oversight of this issue. Please dont use a generated AI response as this was not the issue I am having. I wrote back I understood what I ordered the charcoal print. Im asking about the buttons not the color of the shirt. Could you guarantee that the buttons will be brown if i choose to exchange. Crickets… do better.
