The jerseys run extremely small, which is likely why the product page now recommends ordering a size larger (not there when I ordered). The neckline has very little stretch, making it surprisingly difficult just to get the jersey over your head. At $120, I expected a much higher level of quality. The fit, material, and overall construction don't match what most customers would expect at this price point. Customer service has also been disappointing. I reached out multiple times to exchange my jersey for a larger size but have yet to receive any response. Better communication and support would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. And build on the brand, otherwise you will lose any support the brand had. I genuinely hope the brand takes this feedback into consideration because I would like to see them succeed. I recommend ordering two sizes up if you prefer a looser fit.
