ARTISTRY CANVAS PALETTE

Palette arrived broken and customer service refused to replace it and only offered me a 25% off refund. Highly disappointing and frustrating. I also learned that the only way they'll off a full refund is if I pay out of pocket to send it back to them. I was honest with them and was nice and didn’t even blame them personally and they took that and ran with it. I've never heard of customer service of any brand acting this way. My hope is that James isn't condoning this behavior as I've been a big fan for years.

The colors and shimmers are so beautiful and easy to use!!! I love it, highly recommend!!!
