Better than Apple Milanese band

I had the Apple Milanese band which attaches magnetically. It kept coming loose, apparently because too strong a magnet can interfere with the operation of the watch. This band is identical to the Apple band, but it has a clasp!

Excellent Customer Service

Even though they have instructions on how to size the band, I was not able to complete the 3rd step. The company emailed me asking for a review or problem solving. Frustrated, I sent a SOS email. Very quickly they came back and gave some “hints” as to what I might be doing wrong. It made sense to me then and I quickly sized my gorgeous band. Great watch coupled with great customer service. Definitely would buy again from them.
