Nice bike rack for the price

The bike rack works great and it is light. I have no complaints about the rack itself but the communication with OutFitR was hard since there is only email and it’s not answered timely. However, NO complaints on the bike rack- it is GREAT!

Absolutely love it! Folds nicely. Two downsides: I was unable to take it through the car wash and its too heavy for me to install or remove by myself. Very heavy duty and sturdy. Zero wobble!

I would like to give a review on this item, but i haven't opened it yet, due to the fact i jave been trying to contact the company for the past few weeks to process a return/exchange... Out of my 10+ emails sent to this company, i have received 1 reply asking for details to process the return because "They were unable to locate my order in the system" so they asked me to send them screenshots/pictures of my order to help facilitate the return, after multiple emails, I have NOT heard anything yet... needless to say, I think that i will be out of luck with processing an exchange, due to their lack of customer service... I would NOT recommend shopping through them if any of you are thinking of making a purchase... Sad that I need to send a public post on their item review, as a last ditch effort to get my point across.
