Camper Kit Ultralite

The idea behind the Camper Kit Ultralite is absolutely fantastic. For that alone, I would immediately give it 5 stars. However, the price for, to put it bluntly, a few wooden slats is quite ambitious. At that price point, I would also expect a perfectly finished product. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The product arrived in a condition that looked as if it had not been fully finished during manufacturing. The edges were rough and fibrous, causing the veneer to splinter during assembly. As a result, I first had to sand the edges myself and apply oil to them. There was also a piece of protective material from the production process still stuck around the logo, which did not look intentional to me. For the workmanship, I am deducting one star. However, I do not regret the purchase. Sleeping in the Tesla is noticeably more comfortable with it. In addition, the product takes up very little space and stays in my car at all times.

I love this ultralite platform! It gives me the level platform I need while still keeping a good amount of headspace, plain and simple. It pairs very well with a Megamat Auto pad

Set up - individual pieces assembled together come apart from one another. Using Tesla base boards did not have enough overlap across the width. While sleeping on top rolling over during night ended up causing the rear most board to separate from the forward most, boards ended up collapsing into Frame.
