Lumen Volume 2: Extra Print Set

Wonderful Resource

We are currently using Lumen Volume1 in our homeschool, so I jumped at the chance to order Volume 2. Artist study has been part of our school from the beginning, but the chance to study art concept by concept has been new. I have never formally studied art myself, so I appreciate the added information for each piece and the biographies of the artists. Additionally, each volume works as a mini survey of art history. I would recommend it for classrooms, homeschools, and for anyone hoping to learn more about art concepts. Though they must take so much time to lovingly create, I hope they can continue to publish one a year as I hope my oldest two students will be able to study the complete series before graduating. As a bonus, the books themselves are as lovely as the art.
