⚠️ STAY AWAY ⚠️ Misleading return policy and terrible customer service. The website prominently advertises “Free U.S. Shipping & Returns,” but after purchasing the London Platform shoes, I found they looked significantly cheaper and far less attractive in person than they appeared in the product photos. When I requested a return, I was told that footwear is only eligible for store credit or an exchange—not a refund. That restriction was not made clear when I purchased, and I never would have placed the order had I known. I also called requesting to speak with a manager and was promised a callback that never came. Between the misleading advertising, poor communication, and refusal to stand behind their products, this was one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had.

HORRIBLE QUALITY, SHOES STINK, POOR DESIGN, AND OVERPRICED. DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL SAVE YOUR MONEY! ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
