It is not what ordered.. its some cheap generic brand and it doesn’t work. I see no change in my face. I would really like my money back because what you’re doing is false advertisement you’re not sending the product that you’re picturing and that’s fraud. I keep it in the refrigerator wash cleanse my face twice a day put it on before I go to bed. Wake up with my face nice smooth and tight! Highly recommend.
