Effective, but some growth potential

Effective, but it seems to use up the battery a lot faster than some of our other nodes. Could be a user error, but it's the same config across devices. Range/sensitivity are on par with others...I'm not sure I understand why it ships from the factory with an extra channel already configured on it.
