Adorable! Maybe a bit small

I wanted this for a long time before I finally bought it for my daughter. It's sooooo cute and soft, perfect for summer. It does seem to run a bit small compared to her other 12-18 month clothes (she's 16 months). It fits perfectly if not a little too small already but it's stretchy so I'll just have to put her in it often!
