Great Customer Service
I purchased a Nymzo set & board last year and have been happy with the quality and design. It’s a little smaller than tournament-sized sets, so it works well on my patio table, leaving room for a book & beverage. This year I decided to purchase a second board of a different color for a little variety. Unfortunately, the third-party vendor sent me the wrong color. When I tried to resolve it with them, they sent me another wrong-color board. I then contacted Nymzo directly to explain the situation, and they went above the call of duty to resolve the issue very promptly. While I really enjoy the set & boards and appreciate their quality, the level of customer service I received really stood out. Recommended!
