Gravity Well Ultra Emergency Water Filter System

It took over 3 hours to filter approximately 2 gallons of water. Additionally, the water collected at the bottom after filtering contained a lot of carbon residue. I have a 96 acre spring fed lake on the property so I collected some water from the lake to see how the filter performed since its supposed to work out in nature but the color of the water was yellow (tannins from leaves) thr same as it went into the filter. This plastic paint bucket does not filter at sll. My 5 year old britta works better than this. I want a full refund. I gave it one star because it's the lowest but not even worth the one. UPDATE: I was refunded 50% due to a restocking fee if returned. They didn't want the unit back because it was "used". I Do NOT RECOMMEND!
