is the first sourdough cookbook where I said upon reading "I am making every single recipe in this book "Terrific cookbook ! The recipes are very well done and written. Excellent Job.

Very good book! I have been making my family breads for many years so not new to bread making or books and I can say this is by far one of the best informative and easily understood recipe books I’ve ever read. Nice quality book too! And a book I will hand down to my daughter!

I love these recipes! I haven’t tried all of them but can say there are enough “definitely making this again” to justify the purchase. My only complaint is that several of my favorite recipes from the authors website aren’t in this book (discard drop biscuits and 1 hour rise discard cinnamon rolls). I am hoping she will publish another book soon.
