Absolutely love this product. I will say my only hesitation is giving them to my 3yo more than 1x per week… I’ve read that over time, dosing melatonin could inhibit our natural melatonin making ability. Open to other thoughts on this! 10/10 on flavor and ability to relax a very busy boy.
