I ordered something a month ago and have not received anything nor got any tracking information or any reply to my enquiries. I am totally in the dark. I’m not a happy camper!

Too small for its purpose.

Extremely disappointed with item, would return if it wasn't so much hassle. The picture on their site made it look a million times better than it is. I was genuinely shocked. Its just a bit of plastic with a sticker on it and I paid £18! I'm giving it to a charity shop, even they might struggle to sell it! I contacted the company by their email address straight after I'd ordered it and never received a reply.
