Received salt cell today and it has already been installed. I’ve only had for a few hours so as of now everything is working perfectly. The only thing that was missing was the Acud Wash kit that was listed on the website and on the box. Other than that item seems to work good and delivery arrived on time

Shipping Issues

On customer service and ease of ordering, I'd give this place a 5. However, they sent a $1500.00 piece of equipment via Post Office and it was scheduled for delivery on 7-10-2026. Never came. Although shipping was "free" I would have gladly paid for Fed Ex or UPS. Just be open and upfront with your customers on how you plan to ship equipment.

Great Team to worth with, they deliver what they say!!!!

Just one hour into operation. So far, the unit went in with NO ISSUES and seems to be working great. This replaced my IC40. It was great working with Joseph; he answered all my questions and made the purchase of the unit I finally decided to go with very easy. Also, the unit was here overnight, in my hands by 10:30 AM ($75 was high but worth it, $15 discount was nice). Great Team to worth with, they deliver what they say!!!!
