Everything in the kit is great, but the videos don't work properly, either there is an error message or it doesn't allow the download. On another hand the sound and the accent in the videos make it very hard to follow. Materials are good but the course is not worth it.

I really really loved the products. They arrived beautifully packaged and I like the quality of them the saturation of the pallets. I love the lessons. I was having a bit hard time with the English and I was missing the business perspective of it. I felt it was focusing only on techniques and I was missing the part of for example. hygiene. How do you keep how hygiene between each client? And tips for better working skills and better use of time other than that I really liked the course in the content if only I had this few issues fixed that would be so perfectly happy thank you so much.
