Poodle Pro Ebike

My first Ebike so I can't compare with any others but I found it easy to learn and very comfortable. There were a few glitches at the beginning and Puckipuppy addressed them right away.

Overall, I am very pleased with the bike, although the delivery and initial assembly process had a few challenges. The first bike was damaged by FedEx before I received it and was returned after being transferred through five facilities between California and Michigan. The replacement arrived in good condition after moving through three facilities. During assembly, I found that the left front brake cable had been routed around the right fork, which required unwrapping the cables, removing the front tire and handlebar, and repositioning the cable outside the left fork. I also removed and rotated the brake handle to eliminate a kink in the cable before rewrapping the cables and reinstalling the handlebar and front wheel. I love it! It's as good as some of the $4,000 bikes I was looking at.

I love the bike...it was pretty easy to put together...the manual that came with is good but there are things left out so I have emailed the company and I still have no response
