The customer service was excellent - the online fit consultation made it much easier to choose the right model for my feet. Delivery to Poland was relatively quick, just three days. The shoes are very comfortable, especially since my feet are quite narrow. I followed the advice to tighten the front part, and they now fit perfectly. The material feels soft and flexible. Really happy with them!
