I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks before my first meal, and it certainly seems to have made a difference in my overall gastro experience. I have not had a 'bad' spell since taking this and the Liver support at night. Reordering with optimistic long-term results.

Doesn't work for me

I had major discomfort in my abdomen and very little sleep when I was taking the pills. I had to stop taking them,
