The only thing that is not working out is the inserts. I ordered the XL thinking that they would be sized to womens' sizes. The XL size is WAY too big. It would be helpful if you listed the actual shoe sizes instead of just S - XL. It looks like you can cut them down, but even after looking at doing that, they are much longer than my shoe size.

Although these shoes were ordered at the same time as another, they arrived more than two weeks later in good condition but without explanation for the delay. The laces are ample for fitting often swollen feet, and the toe box is roomy and comfortable.

Previous review showed only 1 pair delivered, second pair arrived 4 hours later. They feel comfortable at home, I will see how they feel after 12 hours at work.
