At first, I wanted to talk to a person to discuss a perceived problem with my battery, the Wattcycle 12v 314ah Mini Super Bluetooth LifePO4 battery. I got a recording saying that they would call me back. I didn't want this problem to be dragged out so I sent a message to their support group and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. i dealt with a person named Jennifer and she gave me instructions that fixed my problem right away. The battery was not fully charged and the battery has a power on/off button that I thought was for something else. Jennifer help me get it going right away. She returned a few messages that I sent her right away. I just want to thank Wattcycle for a very good product and their excellent support.

Great Product, Great Service

Will Prowes led me to this manufacturer and I am glad he did. After years of frustration with another manufacturer, I have a battery with plenty of capacity and the ability to see that the charging equipment I have is doing its job and how the loads in my camper draw down the stored charge. I wanted the 314AH battery WattCycle offered and that was out of stock for a while. I entered my email and they notified me when it was available, then delivered it promptly following my order, with a promotional discount. It just fit in my camper's battery box and I followed instructions on WattCycle's web site to set up my Victron charging equipment. I am just two weeks out camping and everything is working as it should. Thanks WattCycle!

Great Battery at a Great Price

I replaced two FLA batteries on my sailboat with this. 1/3 the weight, 50% more usable energy, 10x the life and zero maintenance. The Bluetooth works great, but I thought the app needs a little work; it’s not intuitive what the buttons do…. Needs some online instructions. The on/off button on the battery is a great feature.
