It was Liber's orgeat and demerara syrups which really jump-started my tiki cocktail adventures back in 2021 and I'm now using their passion fruit syrup in more drinks than ever. I use the Liber demerara syrup whenever a recipe calls for simple syrup as it adds richness and flavor as well as the necessary sweetness.
