Direct Thermal Printer Labels – No Ribbon Needed – Multiple Sizes

Unfortunately it looks like we need a different kind of label for the Godex that we purchased from you. I found it challenging to see which labels work with which printer on your site. SO even though I thought I had chosen correctly 1x2" thermal label with the right size center it won't feed through the printer because it's looking for a line or break between the labels and can't see one. Hopefully we will figure out what we need and order it soon!
