Engraved Initial Compass Necklace

I ordered a ring, bracelet and necklace. The quality is ok. BUT!!!!The ring and necklace came almost too late for the birthday it was ordered. The bracelet never arrived. Instead of this, another necklace came - after the b-day. In touch with the support team since July 21st to solve the case - till this day they were NOT able to give me an answer - apart from "we are waiting for the shipping team". Deffinitely not a good service. Emailed today again, after haven't heard from the support team for 12 days! EDIT : 24hrs later, after asking for an update : NO ANSWER
