Nearing 2 months of...
Nearing 2 months of consistent, daily use. Obvious improvement in digestion and bloat in month one. Zero digestion issues after history of inconsistent gut health. Potential small amount of weight loss likely related to decrease in bloating and inflammation (in combination with running).

Even though I haven’t been taking it a full month, I can tell a difference throughout the day with my bloating. It is very minimal now

I’m already on my 3rd month of taking Vivvira’s pro/pre/postbiotic! 🤍
Gut health has been something I’ve been working on for a while (years!!) so I wanted to give this a real chance… and I’m SO glad I did.
