I received the wrong bag I called @ 8 am Mountain time. I was helped by a individual from the USA that I could understand and who after hearing my name informed me that they were aware of the situation from the phone message I left after hours and were waiting unit it was after 9 to call me. The representative then quickly took care of the problem without making me feel like I was being interrogated. Oh ya the bag is also nice as described like new.
