Fast shipping as well - order shipped from Osaka on a Monday and it was at my door in the middle of the U.S. on Wednesday morning. The knife: I purchased the 240mm Yoshihiro AS clad gyuto. It's wonderful to use and I'm super happy with the decision to go with this one. I had used German steel knives for 25 years and decided to finally break down and try a proper Japanese knife, and holy cow! What a difference! Feel stupid for waiting so long. Also, if you're unsure if you want the 240mm - just get the 240, you'll never look back.
