Poor packing, roots dried when shipment opened

No moisture in roots or soil, barely any soil in roots. Materials used are cheap, USPS envelops used with no moisture, leaves dried, it's been more than wk planted in pot watered no new leaves coming yet

I am so excited to have found this beautiful lavender rose! My bush arrived decent sized, packed well, and appeared healthy.
