Item was damaged and seller refused to replace it

I received my item on time; however, was charged duties I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. Upon opening the package I discovered the vinyl was dramatically warped and would not play without skipping. When I brought the issue to the seller’s attention, the response I received after quite some time, dismissed my issue claiming that is just how the “picture disc” vinyls are manufactured. The seller refused to replace my item with an undamaged replacement. Buyer Beware.
