Amazing idea, disappointing execution. I’ve used Olen stocks for almost two years and love the Asset because it’s simple and easy to use. I bought this so I could play Ghosts of Tabor Legacy wired without needing a sling. The concept is excellent, but there were no instructions in the box, the safety bungee is too short, and the chest magnet is far too strong. The short bungee creates constant resistance when shouldering the stock, especially if you prefer the buttstock fully extended like I do. The magnet also takes too much force to pull free, and the bungee prevents the stock from hanging naturally. I ended up finding my own workaround by flipping the magnet mount upward and using only the safety bungee. It now works great with zero resistance and still lets me go hands free. The problem is I shouldn’t have needed a workaround to make it comfortable. Great concept, but I think it needs a longer bungee and a weaker magnet.
