My wife absolutely loved the product. I must also mention that the customer service was fantastic. I had an alert item that had been shipped, but I didn’t receive any updates. After a day or two, I was contacted to check if I had received the package, and I informed them that I hadn’t. They assured me that they would immediately start making a new one and ship it to me as soon as possible.

I received the necklaces I ordered very quickly & my two daughter-in-laws both loved their Mother's Day necklaces with their kids' initials & birthstones! Also, great customer service...they were very responsive when I emailed to let them know they did not send a gift bag I ordered...credited my credit card almost instantaneously.
