Plant condition after shipping

Although it is extremely cold here, the plant arrived in perfect condition, and the heat pack was still working. I was excited to note that it had a small spike already! Even better, with a bud, too! This was an 'added bonus'. The only down side is that the UPS driver just knocked on the door, then put the box down in front of the door. He did not wait for anyone to actually get to the door and take the parcel. As that area is concrete, it was very cold. Fortunately, I saw his truck and got the plant inside quickly. Otherwise, everything was fine.
