The product is very good quality for the price. Honestly with my experience the customer service was top notch. I accidentally put the wrong ZIP code it got sent back to the manufacturer they reached out fixed it and sent it out no problem/no charge.

Mat is great! Shipping was quick and descriptive. Wish they had bigger size options, but overall I'm really happy with what I got.
